How it works

Five steps, from the meeting record to a closed action. This is the specified workflow, described plainly.

Design intent: fully specified, not yet built
  1. Step 01

    Capture the meeting

The meeting transcript is captured as the single source record for everything that follows.

  2. Step 02

    Generate a structured summary

The transcript is turned into a structured summary of what was discussed, rather than a wall of text.

  3. Step 03

Extract actions with an owner and a due date

Each action item is pulled out of the record and given a named owner and a due date. Nothing is left addressed to the room.

  4. Step 04

    Track follow-through

Every action carries an open or closed status. Overdue items generate nudges until they are closed.

  5. Step 05

Keep the archive and the decision log

Meetings stay searchable by topic and participant, and decisions are held in a log kept distinct from the action items.
